Where is my order, tracking shows has been in Indianapolis since 11/26/25?

Shows in left facility last tracked in transit 11/30/25. Was supposed to be delivered 12/9/25, then 12/13/25. Purchased specifically for a trip that I have since returned from, now unknown when delivered, I live in Indianapolis and could have picked it up many times if told where to go. Purchased through Amazon, they are not helpful in reaching China Post or seller to make issue right. About to ask for refund and report to authorities as appears to be a scam as order information can not now be found. Will contact card for transaction refund as well. This is not right and absolutely no response or chance to speak with carrier about delivery or status of order!!! Ordered mid November!

Ordered in late October, specifically to use clothing on trip, leaving this Sunday. Tracking number is ZP06754248001. Originally told will deliver 12/09/25, then 12/13/25, now unknown when delivery is expected. I made order and payment in good faith, paid express shipping, and this certainly is not express! Please respond, as I live in Indianapolis, it certainly does not take 3 weeks to deliver in same town!!

I have been tracking my order from China and it shows that it has arrived Nairobi but i have not gotten any call to tell me where i can collect it. It shows that they are in Nairobi Inward Office of Exchange. The tracking numbers are: RH107297215TR, RB838820979SG, RV202614316CN, RP758135575CN and S00000065929154

Hello, this is first time a seller decides to ship via China post even if I've paid for Cainiao shipping. The problem is since 27 October 2020 the tracking number RV264923353CN he gave me shows no result, he says to that he has shipped my order but even (picked up status) doesn't appear.
