Hi Jerano,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 1 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Netherlands after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I asked over 2 weeks ago as to where my package was. The last update was that the plane landed and to wait another 2 weeks for an update. As of now there is no update and was just wondering which country it is in or if it is possibly lost in transit? It has been in transit for 50 days now.
