Hi Steph,

If you couldn't receive it in three days, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello. Can anyone see exactly where my package is? I paid extra money for express delivery time and if I wouldnt have done it - the delivery time would of been 15-30 days. Now it has been 15 days and almost no updates at all. I would really like to see more updates. And hope that they hurry up. 15 days and this is it? Come on. Why even bother pay extra money for express delivery when it doesn't even work or make any difference, its just as slow shipping as if I had made an ordinary order..

But please, if anyone can see exactly where the parcel is right now and an estimetad time that is left for the package to get to Sweden - i really would appreciate it!!
