It is stating delivered at postal but the recipient is saying it has not been delivered. They have contacted your company and went to the postal office in person they are saying it is not there.

According to the tracking number they provided to you, it was delivered on September 6. You'd better ask Landmark Global to ask what's the courier for it in China. It seems that it's not delivered by China Post in China.

But the tracking system says it was delivered on January 5th at 18:24. How is that possible?
