Where was my package delivered

Tracking # AS135415173CN says it is duly voted and I have not seen the package. Nobody is answering my emails or inquiries.

I'm starting to believe this is all a scam. I've seen so many post here saying all the same thing basically that their package was "duly voted" but the customer never received his/her package. I give up, I have a strong feeling my package will never arrive as well as everyone else who's having this issue.
According to the tracking information, AS135415173CN was delivered on March 19. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
