my materials is have been sent and arrival wuhua district red cloud Range Rover voted station arrangements posted, is expected to 13:00:00 Qian posted (postmen name: Zhang Tinggui; contact phone: 66069115) [Kunming on Thu, Feb 18, 2016, but Yunnan University of Finance and Economics International Student Education and Administration office not yet received my Materials now, Could you help and clear it for me...my materials's Barcode number is EE000130005LA, very thanks

The lastest tracking result shows:
10:33:58, Feb 18, 2016 (Kunming City) Delivered Successfully. Recipient: Accepted by the Third party. Will deliver after the holiday.
In general, if there is no one accept the package, the courier will accept it first and then deliver again next day. The recipient will show 'Accepted by the Third party' . However, there is no further information shows that he deliver it agian next days. I think you should contact EMS to ask the reason by dialing +86 10 11183 . I'm not sure if you could speak Chinese. If you couldn't, it's hard to communicate with them.
Or you go to the place you sent the package to let them check the reason.
