if possible can someone track my package?
it says "Shenzhen, planned flight, scheduled flight number KE0828-0071, scheduled departure time 12:45" since september 26 and its october 8. I don't know if my packge is stuck there.

It's not stuck there. It left China on Sep. 26 and en route to Canada now.
