¿Where's my package/parcel?

Bought a front grill for my vehicle on October 24, it was supposed to arrive on November 20, however it was delayed and it arrived in my country (Chile) on December 8, so far so good, but since that day 08 December I have not had any update, the order has not yet arrived and the waiting time seems excessive to me.
