Who was the local carrier for the package I never received?

I never received the package that was supposedly delivered. I need to know the name of the local carrier so that I can verify it was delivered to me at the correct address. The tracking number is ZC39664470599. Please help. Thank you!

Hi Robert Brinkman,

It should be delivered by USPS. In normal, if you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

We have not received a package that was sent via China Post, to our address in Florida, United States. The tracking site says the package was delivered, but it did not arrive at our residence. We have the China Post tracking number, which is: ZA03814739901.
The issue is that when the parcel arrived in the United States it was transferred to another carrier, possibly: USPS (United States Postal Service); UPS; FedEx; DHL; Purolator or some other delivery/carrier service. We have tried to find the package, but the China Post tracking number does not work here. We have been trying to find out who the local carrier was that received the item and a local tracking number. We need to know who the carrier in the United States is and the U.S. tracking number. Without a local tracking number all carriers and the post office cannot track the package. The China Post tracking number is not useable in the U.S. Can you assist with finding out who the local carrier is and a tracking number. The company we bought the item from is completely useless and not helpful at all. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My parcel with tracking number WUYOU0322553545 is marked as “Delivered successfully” on September 16th in Valence (26000), France, but I have not received anything.
Can you tell me which local carrier handled this delivery (DPD, Chronopost, La Poste…)?
Also, is there a local French tracking number associated with this shipment?
