My parcel from china arrived in chicago 26th december 2019,and processed at isc facility then inbound to customs,now is february 2020 and there is no update yet,the tracking no. is EA263494798CN

There is no further update for it. You'd better contact USPS to check it for you. It's delivered by USPS when it's in the US.

It's moving. It left China on Nov. 2 and is in transit to the US now. There will be further update when it's in the US and handed over to USPS.
