Why haven't I received my package

I ordered a package from China on August 8th of 2021 it is saying now as of the tracking it has been stuck in the waypoint secondary processing it has been 188 days there my tracking number is uu221139456cn can someone please help me find my package and when is it going to be delivered to my home in Conyers Georgia

Hi Donna,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after August 28. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
