Why I didn't receive my package? What happened? Why take so long?

I just see the tracking said plane arrived to the port but It was September. We are now in December. I want to know what happened and what is the problem for taking so long to get to final destination my home

Hi David Cortes,

It should be stuck due to some reason. You need to contact the seller to get a solution if you couldn't receive the item in two months.
