Why i didn't receive my parcel but the tracking status shows it delivered to me?

I placed order for a baby blanket through Amazon 15 days back and i didn't receive the product yet. But the tracking status shows the parcel is delivered yesterday. Here it's not possible to deliver to neighbors too. So where is my parcel and whether I'll receive it or not? I didn't get any notification regarding the delivery either as sms or in email.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from Amazon to get refund in time.
