Why is my package LH193181739US not delivered yet?

My package from USA to China hasn’t been delivered yet. It has been sitting in Customs since March 9, 2023. I have email the company and asked them to go pick it up because they are about 2 blocks from the post office but they won’t do that and I have no idea how to get it delivered to them from USA. What can I do to get the package either delivered to them at: Beishashi Room 0811, 8th Floor, Changhe Building, Changjiang West Road, Shushan District, Hefei, Anhui, China
230088 or sent back to me at:

my package states it was delivered but i believe it was delivered to the wrong address i checked with my local postal services they have not had the package i am wondering where my package was delivered to as i have also checked with neighbors no one has received it. I also have video Surveillance so i know my package was not delivered to my house.
