Why is my package not being delivered to an address in China? What needs to be done so that the parcel is delivered to the address of the recipient?

Hi Irina Rezanova,

What's the tracking number? If it couldn't be delivered, you need to let the receiver in China call China Post to check for the reason through providing the tracking number.

My package LV877381608CN is showing as delivered but i have not had this parcel i have checked with the postal room and on the Royal mail site and it is showing as delivered but it is not saying what address it has been delivered too. This seems a common problem and i have tried contacting the seller in China but have had no Joy please can you advise what address this is so frustrating
