Why my package hasn´t left China in almost 3 weeks?

My package is stuck in China apparently, the last thing that says the tracker is "The plane entered the port 2021-04-20 09:59" and the order was created on April 10th, so I wanna ask what can I do? Because it took like 10 days to get where the package "entered the port", I´m going to 20 days without knowing where my package is. Hope you can help me, thanks. My track code is: RV557873667CN
