My package hasn't received any updates since June 28th, could you please confirm if everything is ok?

Hi Jhordy,

What's the tracking number? It's not normal for it as it has been stopped update since June 28th. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
