Tracking number AQ838282342CN
My mother in law placed an order months ago. Tracking says it was delivered however she did not receive the package. She has checked with USPS, UPS, and FedEx and they all advised they did not have her package and the tracking number is invalid. Where is her package?

The receiver couldn't be get connected. It's still in Chongqing now and waiting for the receiver to pick up now. You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 or 11183 to ask where to pick up as soon as possible. Or, it may be returned back to you if no one to pick up for a long time.
