Why was my parcel not delivered to China address

My parcel landed in China on 7 August last year and has been returned after so very long in Customs and then awaiting delivery to Hangzhou Zhejiang address and I'd like to know why. The tracking number is LK247605AU. This parcel holds items which were quite expensive and I would like to be reimbursed for them.

Hi Sharon Nicholls,

LK247605AU is not the right tracking number. You'd better require the recipient in China to contact China Post directly to check it for you.
