Wish to know sender

Item was not anything I've ordered. Please if you can confirm which company sent them and why I have this instead of some thing in which I've actually ordered.

Hi Isaac,

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution. If the seller couldn't be get connected, you need to contact your back or visa company to ask for charge back.
