Wondering what's going on with package

I have a package LW278152401CN that has said since 5/19/17 that is left the parcel center in GUANGZHOU and its been 10 days with no further tracking updates. This package is coming to the US. It's saying on the USPS Tracking site that the originating post is preparing shipment but that's been saying that for 10 days now! What is going on?

Your package is sent by E-packet. It usually takes 15-30 working days for it to reach US. Wait patiently please.
