Destination is South Africa. Dont know why it was posted to Us. Now its stuck for more than 196 days. Please help relocating it

Hi Francois Spies,

In general, if it's not delivered to your country, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution if you couldn't get it.

I have bought a Sony a6700 brand new camera off of eBay. Tracking number: EB836289626CN. Although there was a problem and it seems that the camera wasn't shipped to the right location. This is very frustrating as I have a business to run and this is just hindering my time and money. I have a lot of expenses to pay and this is honestly very bad. I can provide you with proof of purchase but can I get the address it was dropped off to? Or what is was written to be shipped to? The location where it says is kind of close to my house like a 30 minutes drive. Please try to understand my situation.
