Wrong tracking number

Why do you keep giving me the wrong tracking number this is three times now
The last tracking number came and the parcel ended up in Nottinghamshire then the second one ended up in London now the third one in Middlesbrough I have been trying to get this from July

Hi Peter,

If you couldn't receive them, contact the seller to confirm the tracking number and check it for you. The seller should refund you or send it again to you if you couldn't receive them in time.

My package was delivered to the wrong house. They put in the wrong address. I got a hold of the seller, they said they reshipped. It's been 3 months, and I am still waiting on a tracking number, they said it's been expedited. IT was threw Jinzhou Network
