You say you delivered my package to my house you did not you need to get with your courier. Find out where they delivered this package because they did not come to my home.

Hi Brian Knapp,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered something from Amazon and it’s getting delivered through China post. They said they attempted to deliver 2 times. One at 6:30am. We were home but sleeping. My dog would have barked if someone knocked or rang the bell. They said they tried at 2:57. My husband was home. No one came to the door. I was home all day today and no attempts. What do I do? I would like my package that I ordered.

Tracking number AT628755232CN, was supposed to be delivered to my home this past Saturday. I was home all day and didn’t receive a package. I’ve asked my neighbors and none of them have received a package either.
