YOUR SITE IS SAYING ITEM DELIVERED ; BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING

This is the tracking number of the item we ordered, the tracking is saying its been delivered successfully, but that's not correct , I have tried all the neighbours and they don't have them; can you advise who the courier was in the UK ?

I hav also contacted the seller in China to let them know .

Hi TONY KNIGHT,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

We have not received a package that was sent via China Post, to our address in Florida, United States. The tracking site says the package was delivered, but it did not arrive at our residence. We have the China Post tracking number, which is: ZA03814739901.
The issue is that when the parcel arrived in the United States it was transferred to another carrier, possibly: USPS (United States Postal Service); UPS; FedEx; DHL; Purolator or some other delivery/carrier service. We have tried to find the package, but the China Post tracking number does not work here. We have been trying to find out who the local carrier was that received the item and a local tracking number. We need to know who the carrier in the United States is and the U.S. tracking number. Without a local tracking number all carriers and the post office cannot track the package. The China Post tracking number is not useable in the U.S. Can you assist with finding out who the local carrier is and a tracking number. The company we bought the item from is completely useless and not helpful at all. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Ordered item from March still not received (1 reply)

Dear Chinapost,
My order which was placed in March 2020 has still not been received to my address in Malta.
According to tracking site 17Track as well as the official China Post tracking website, on the 01st September this postal item is listed as "Valletta, arrived at the place of arrival". As Valletta is the capital of my country Malta I was hoping that this would then be delivered to me but nothing has arrived!
Please can you check and update me?
