Ordered item from March still not received

Dear Chinapost,
My order which was placed in March 2020 has still not been received to my address in Malta.
According to tracking site 17Track as well as the official China Post tracking website, on the 01st September this postal item is listed as "Valletta, arrived at the place of arrival". As Valletta is the capital of my country Malta I was hoping that this would then be delivered to me but nothing has arrived!
Please can you check and update me?

Hi drew,

It seems that it's stuck at the customs of Valletta now. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution about this in time.
