Why is a parcel saying it’s been delivered in February when I haven’t received it and I’ve been fighting the actual business because of this?

My order ha been delivered but not to my address. How do I contact China Post to find out where it has been delivered to?
My Two parcels were worth a large amount of money but yet I feel I have been scammed and now I have lost a substantial amount of money.
INEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CHINA POST TO FIND THE ADRESS MY PARCELS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS THAT I HAVE LOST SO MUCH MONEY.

China Post doesn't accept service through email. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Did the seller reply you? If he replied you, get a solution from the seller. If no, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
