2 packages stuck in Guangzhou

Hello,
I have sent two packages to Baiyun district and they are both stuck in import customs in Guangzhou. I have asked the seller to check but I am wondering if you have a clearer image. Last update of the first was 31-8.

Hi Elena,

These two packages are stuck in import customs in Guangzhou now. The seller should have got a notice about how to got them. You'd better contact the seller to ask for cooperation.
