I've never had any problems receiving purchases from China but the packages have always been on the small side. I purchased a set of sheets and wouldn't you know it. The package has been stuck at US Secondary Processing since 5/27/2019. Tracking # UI350746575CN Do items ever get delivered once they've been diverted to this processing center? Thanks!!

You can only wait for USPS to deliver it to you. If you couldn't get it within two weeks, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to give you a solution.

I guess I'm another in the Secondary mail center waiting game. My package has been there since June 25, 2019. The only tracking number I have is UI484806443CN. I've contacted the seller repeatedly and they tell me they have no control over logistics. Any ideas?

Having same issue as others and the seller keeps telling me they cant control logistics and to just keep waiting. The original link to the website I bought from doesn't even go to the same site anymore so taking it as a scam and going to take legal route to get money back.

I ha e same question as many. My package is held at 2nd US processing. What does this mean? After reading above it's a scary thought to just get scammed. They answer no emails I send it's like they disappeared. I did notify my credit card co and a ticket had been started. I really want my package however

OK here we go. Tracking # UT130708440CN been in secondary center since 9-21-19. USPS says they do not show that in their system. I have received emails from the company I bought it from but all they say is have patience and now all of a sudden they say check with your local post office. I call BS. I have sent another email to them with what the USPS states. I will be contacting my bank for fraud if I do not get a accurate status soon.
Anyone with China Post Tracking able to clear this crap up? It's one parcel that is large and heavy. ?????

Ya it's a SCAM. I been waiting for well over a month for my parcel to arrive. Tracking says that it is at U.S. secondary processing center. The seller is from China and they keep telling me the same message. ''Contact your local post office and retrieve your package. One problem. They don't have it and they say they don't have any information on the tracking number you provided. SCAM! SCAM ! SCAM! I called my credit card company and they gave me a refund and a new credit card
