3 packages NO UPDATE

I ordered from DHgate on 10-14-19. I have not seen a update in my tracking status. Could you please help me out?

Hi bbenavides0407,

They all left China on October 20 and are still in transit to the US now. In normal, there should have further update within 45 days after they left China. Wait more days to see.

Hello,
I sent 2 packages of personal items to the United States from China on September 25th. The last update I have received was on October 1st stating it had been processed in Beijing. I was expecting these packages to arrive after 4-6 weeks. Is this normal or have my packages been lost? The tracking numbers are cp382300268cn and cp382300271cn.
