33 days still in china?

The updates make no sense. Is it still in china? Is it in the US? Has it been exported? It took 3 weeks to get an update, and the update was "Arrive at the processing center of Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center (transit) of China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd". What is the current delivery time to US right now?

Hi mjaneet,

It was delivered to air transport on April 14 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

I asked before about EA389102205CN and it is now 35 days and still in China, last time Daisy said it will take 20 - 30 days to arrive. It shows that it has left China three times but it is still there. this is just a document we need urgently, please can you give us an accurate time scale? this is very important!

I ordered a e-packet in late March 28 to be exact and it’s been more than two months and it’s still has not been delivered. I made a question last month of my package being in air transport and you said it takes 7-10 days to get out of China and 40-60 days to get out of China. Well it’s been more than 40-60 days. How much longer is it going to take to get here?
