44 days of waiting without clear details

Hello, for tracking number LL751882961CN related to a shipment of clothing I am waiting since 44 days... details of the status are not clear and not even the expected arrival of the goods in France. May it be lost or blocked? May I be refunded? thanks

Hi Pierf,

It's stuck at the customs in Xi'an and couldn't leave China. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
