AM093205976CN this tracking number indicates parcel delivered but in fact it is not, 7Jmy adress which is quite clear, please help to trace and find it

Hi José Machado,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Portugal. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
