I want to know why my order is not departed from origin country directly via airmail but is moving slowly in china forward... backward, it is shipped before more than 30 days, never happened to me before like this

Hi Nadir,

It's in transit via the third country now. The sender should use a cheap way of China Post, so it takes a long time. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.

I order some items from online on Jan 8 it said I would receive them in mid Feb-March 4. But now the tracking info has disappeared on the site I order from. The only tracking info I can get through tracking is that it is in transit. What does that mean, it doesn't take over a month to fly from China to the US. It is suppose to be in the hands of USPS yet they can't give me any information on this order. I just want to know where this order is and when I can expect delivery. When I placed the order delivery was 15-20 days.
If this order is not on it's way I want it cancelled.
