Didnt got my parcel as I order from AliExpress.

my order tracking number is 04844677857 and I have order the Spring Protective Sleeve Mobile Tablet Spiral Cord Protector for Cell Phone From AliExpress on 2017- 04 - 11 and Still I didn't got the parcel at my destination. Can you help me that where my order is available and can I have tracking number to track my parel to India. two months and five days is over and still I didn't got my order.

04844677857 belongs to a China Post ordinary small packet. It's not registered and usually takes a long time to reach. Three or four months are usually needed. It couldn't be tracked so easy to be lost. If you couldn't wait for more time, open dispute to AliExpress to ask your money back.

This is for a ring that I didnt order and have not paid for. Please advise how I return the item and ensure the sender does not forward any more items to me.

I have also reported this to British Police/fraud squad.
