The tracking update says waiting for customer fees payment, but my receiver in China cannot pay or doesn't have a link to pay. Can I add their phone number to the order so they can pay the taxes? They do not have any information to pay the taxes. How can we get this sorted?

The parcel reached the city of Guangzhou where it has already been waiting for 10 days for taxes to be paid, but I was not notified about how to pay them and what the amount should be. Should I pay for this or the person to whom I sent the parcel?

I have sent a parcel back to a supplier for a refund and the tracking is currently saying it is in customs waiting for users to pay taxes. If they company i am returning the package to don't pay this, will the parcel be retuned to me? If so, when?
