Add phone number for delivery

I am waiting on the delivery of my package but there is no telephone number for them to contact me. Can I add a number I’d also like to double check if the address is correct. Yesterday they tried to deliver but since they could not contact me to sign it was returned.

You need to call the courier [Telephone: 15898838250] or call China Post service number 11183 to add the telephone number.
