Hi, my tracking number is LP011558149CN and just today the status was updated to "export cancellation" and "returned". Does that mean the parcel was returned back to the sender?

Hi Ken Leong,

Yes, it was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Dec.30. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Can you help me and tell me what to do in this case? Perhaps China Post can step in and sort this out or as I said, let me know what I can do.
