Hi, my tracking number is LP011558149CN and just today the status was updated to "export cancellation" and "returned". Does that mean the parcel was returned back to the sender?

Hi Ken Leong,

Yes, it was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Dec.30. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

What is Dispatch number and this step is about China customs?
Usually how many days spent to be dispatched?

If my parcel is expensive or a lot, do I have to pay the tax to China post or government?
Then how much is that value standard?
