No movement on the tracking information since 12/24/2016. I have received no updated information from the post office in my country (USA). Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Tracy,

You couldn't receive further update after that information because it's sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It's not registered, so China Post doesn't provide tracking service when it leaves China. You need to wait two months for it to reach your country.
