Almost 60 days with no updates on tracking epacket

Package was sent on March 19th, but something happened that days, if you could explain what, I would thank you. And since April’s 28 it didn’t update nothing on 17track. Didn’t receive the package yet. Will I still receive the package? TRACKING NUMBER: LX064196092CN

It's still stuck at Shenzhen International Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi, these 2 epacket packages seem to be stuck for a very long time and have never had this before. Tracking: LV271113010CN and LV249485353CN with one of these has not been delivered in about 3 months now. I contacted the seller but says I just need to still await until it updates. Does anybody know if this is normal and what I should do in this situation? Thank you
