my ePacket package has had no update for 21 days and it still says its in transit. the last two updates were “exported directly sealed” and “despatch from sorting center”.

It should be still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

My parcel hasent ariived yet i waited a moth and 3 weeks it says in transi but its been like that for a few weeks were is it and when will it come.as its urgent parcel number is LZ902387865CN

Airline departs on June 18. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered other items 3 weeks after these and they are already here, also shipped with epacket. I don't know who to contact, the sellers keep blaming the pandemic and say it will get here soon, but I can't help but argue that it is lost because I have items that were ordered after and are in already in my possession.
