Epacket LV249485353CN and LV271113010CN 3 months in transit

Hi, these 2 epacket packages seem to be stuck for a very long time and have never had this before. Tracking: LV271113010CN and LV249485353CN with one of these has not been delivered in about 3 months now. I contacted the seller but says I just need to still await until it updates. Does anybody know if this is normal and what I should do in this situation? Thank you

It's normal for them. They may be delayed or lost. In most case, they should be delivered in two months. I suggest you contact the seller to get a solution in time.
