Hello I ordered an Amazon pallet advised in USA paid £45 plus £12.99 for faster shipping
When I got my shipping details it stated the pallet was coming from China witch shocked me because the advertisement was based in USA they gave me an tracking number that I have had a lot of trouble making sense with when I recently tracked it it stated that it was delivered on the 26 October around 10 ish but the only parcel that came was from a mobility shop no other delivery person came but yet it says it came by China post my self and my brother and two electricians was there all day there’s was no card even to say they had bin I have tried all that I can to contact them but got know where the tracking number is AG551643370CN

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
