Hi
I sell products which are manufactured in China to Amazon.com.
1. If I ship the products through your postal service to my Amazon customers in Hong Kong, China or Australia, do you have a tracking service that is integrated with Amazon?
2. How much does it cost and how long will shipping take?
3. Also do I have to go to the post office to post, do you have any parcel pickup service?

Most of the seller don't use China Post directly as the price is expensive. They usually find a reliable delivery agent to do that for them. You's better find a good agent to cooperate and enjoy a much cheaper price than China Post offers. The agent will tell you the cheapest and safest way to deliver your parcel based on weight and destination country.
Of course you can use China Post directly. If you have a large amount everyday, they could pick them up at your door. If you choose the parcels to be registered, they could be tracked in China Post tracking system. The price is based on the weight of the parcel and the transportation ways. You can contact China Post by calling 11185 (then 8 for English service) to make an inquiry.
