Request for Valid Tracking IDs for Amazon International Orders

Hello there, Abdul Gulzar here. I am a Seller on Amazon.com and I used your carrier services to ship items internationally to Amazon customers in the US during the year 2018-19. My seller account was suspended in 2019 and now Amazon is asking for valid tracking ids for the orders which were shipped using your carrier services. Unfortunately, I have no tracking ID for a single order which was shipped from China Post to the US addresses. I only have those order ids with me. Will it be possible for you to provide me with those tracking IDs in order to reinstate my Seller Account which will help both of our businesses as I am planning to ship my items using your carrier services to the US customers.
Will be looking forward to your response in this regard. Your help will be highly appreciated!

Sorry, we are only a tracking platfrom. We don't know the tracking IDs.

My package has not arrived and is required by Amazon Prime to arrive this week. I have tracked the package and it has had no movement for 10 days. It states it's in the U.S.A. but does not specify the location. I need to know if I need to request a refund from Amazon and if I should cancel the order. AQ809001977CN

Amazon purchase LS336349167CN ; appears to not have moved since 5/9/20 (1 reply)

I am concerned because the destination does not include where this package is bound for (city) and appears has not moved since 5/9/20 . LS336349167CN is the tracking, but what makes me the most concerned is the seller has since removed all of his sales from Amazon, and is not responding to any emails. Multiple complaints by other purchasers on his landing page , including those who have engaged Amazon for refunds. Could you please check the status of this package and/or where it is bound for? At least that will give me a piece of mind. I do not want to overreact like I feel other people have, and do not want to request a refund if this sale and transport of item is legitimate. Thank you.
