Amazon pallet

Hello I ordered an Amazon pallet advised in USA paid £45 plus £12.99 for faster shipping
When I got my shipping details it stated the pallet was coming from China witch shocked me because the advertisement was based in USA they gave me an tracking number that I have had a lot of trouble making sense with when I recently tracked it it stated that it was delivered on the 26 October

Hi Maria cleary,

If it's fake advertisement and you couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello there,
I ordered a package from Amazon it said it arrived on June 5 but there was no package at my house. Amazon had this as the shipper when I asked Amazon they told me to wait until it got there. I want to know if my package is still with china post or is lost.
