Any ETA on package from Fuzhou?

Well I bought a jersey on Nov 19, it didnt get posted until Dec 7th. And since its just been "in transit" from Fuzhou to Chicago since Dec 9th. I ordered a different jersey and it used the same delivery service but got here in less than 2 weeks from time of posting. Took a few days to ship from China to Los Angeles and then a few more for me to receive it. I contacted the seller about a week ago to see if there were any updates and he said he would contact the post office which made no sense considering it was "in transit".

Hi annoyed,

It usually takes about 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

I ordered something on 12/06/19. It has yet to arrive. I check the status and it hasn’t moved since the 15th. Please help me. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.
