Shipment stucked at Customs


Tracking number EF235062479ES, shipment sent from Spain to Fuzhou. When arrived to Fuzhou, customs didn't allow to import because invoice value was upper than RMB 1000 and shipment was returned to Spain. In the returning process, security check stopped shipment at Beijing airport and returned it to Fuzhou customs.
Now being stucked at Fuzhou customs since 11/8. What can I do now? What will happen with this shipment?

Hi Albert,

You needs to contact the receiver in China to call China Post service number 11185 to ask if it will be returned back to you. If the receiver couldn't cooperate. You need to contact Correos Spain to ask how to get it.
