Hi drew,

It was delivered by airline on May 21 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Malta after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. Open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund if you couldn't receive it before the delivery deadline.
