RF574130911CN - It's been sent out the 19th of January, I've been waiting for a while and I have no idea where it is!

Hi sam55,
It's not normal for your package. It's sent by EMS which should arrive within 20 days. But according to the tracking details, it doesn't leave China and stuck on the way from Foshan to Guangzhou in China now since Jan. 23. You'd better contact the sender to let him/her contact China EMS to check and give you a reply.
